Shipping policy
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Southern California. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Free standard shipping on orders $90 and over
- For orders below $90, shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Expedited shipping options are available and displayed at checkout
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout, so your order arrives without additional charges upon delivery.
To account for these costs, international pricing may reflect an adjusted total at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery & Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Treats Lab is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or returned by the carrier.
For APO/FPO addresses, please include the service member’s full name, unit, APO/FPO/DPO address, and nine-digit ZIP code (if assigned).
