Our approach blends the best of Eastern and Western traditions—drawing on time-honored hanbang plant extracts alongside modern scientific research—to create treatments that feel both nurturing and effective.

What is the “skin microbiome” and why is it important?

Orders, Shipping, & Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident and cared for with every Treats Lab purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please email us at help@treatslab.co within 30 days of your order and let us know which products you would like to return. Returns are accepted for new or gently used items, and we will happily provide a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Where can I buy Treats Lab products?
You can purchase our products directly from our website. For now, we focus on making sure every order from our site is carefully packaged and delivered to you.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. All orders are thoughtfully processed and shipped from our warehouse in Southern California. Sign up for our newsletter to hear about future shipping updates or expansions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is processed in our warehouse, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you need assistance, please reach out to help@treatslab.co as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
Where is my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. If you don’t see a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at help@treatslab.co.
